The City of Allen Wellness Program is designed to assist employees in adopting and maintaining healthy behaviors as a way of life. As an employer, the City of Allen is committed to making the health and wellness of employees a priority. Voluntary participation in wellness events and screenings allow eligible employees and their spouses to earn annual premium reimbursement.

The City of Allen was recognized as a Platinum Level Recipient of the American Heart Association’s Fit Friendly Worksites. Platinum is the highest level of recognition.
