Fitness & Wellness

Our fitness and wellness programs support and promote healthy and active lifestyles. The programs engage, encourage and enable all citizens to increase physical fitness, expand recreational activities and develop lifelong exercise habits for improved health and well-being.

Fitness Room

Cardiovascular machines, weight machines and free weights are available for use by members 16 years of age and older. Youth 14 &15 years old must be accompanied by an adult member. There is a 30 minute time limit on cardiovascular machines. A membership ID card is required to enter the fitness room. Shirts and close-toed shoes must be worn at all times in the fitness room.
