In lieu of the Council Workshop, the City Council will host a reception honoring retiring Mayor Pro Tem Debbie Stout and welcoming recently elected Councilmember Baine Brooks and Councilmember-Elect Kurt Kizer along with re-elected Councilmember Joey Herald and Councilmember Gary Caplinger. A special ceremony will be held at 6 p.m.
