Can a resident prepare and resell potentially dangerous food out of their residential home?
No. All potentially dangerous food that is for resale must be purchased or prepared in a City of Allen approved, commercial facility. City of Allen Zoning Ordinances also prohibit using residential homes for food production businesses except for Cottage Industry businesses.
