8. Upon submission of this form, the area will be inspected, measured and you will be contacted with the results by a City of Allen employee. At such time you will receive either an “Owner’s Sidewalk Maintenance Request/Agreement” or, if the sidewalk does not meet the criteria for the City’s repair agreement, a letter of explanation.

   Please note: repairs initiated with the City will cost $11 per linear foot and must be agreed upon with a standard City of Allen contract.
