   If you reside in the City of Allen, Lucas or Fairview and became a new parent within the last six months you are invited to dedicate a children's picture book to your baby.

   Please complete the this form and the Allen Public Library Children's Staff will select an appropriate picture book and place a gift plate with your child's name and birthday in the book. We will mail you an announcement of the book we select so you can check it out and read it with your child.
