Submit an Item for the Calendar

  1. The City of Allen Public and Media Relations Office maintains the Community Calendar to promote events in Allen that are open to the general public and provide entertainment, recreation, education, or encourage community involvement.

    Submission is open to any non-profit organization located in Allen. Business promotional events, fundraising and membership solicitation events, and similar activities will not be considered.

    Postings will be added to the calendar as time permits, usually within five business days of submission.

    The City reserves the right to select which events are included and the right to modify wording and how the information is presented or posted.

    Questions regarding the Community Calendar should be directed to the City of Allen Public and Media Relations Office at coa@cityofallen.org.
