Both aquatic and land fitness classes are ongoing throughout the year. A list of classes offered this spring include:

Fitness for moms/parents of young children and speciality programs
Mommy and Me Fitness, Pre/Post Natal Aqua Fitness and Pre-Natal Yoga.

The Joe Farmer Recreation Center now offers stroller time on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday during the school year from 10 to 11 a.m. to provide a place for member parents with children in strollers to walk indoors. For more information, call 214-509-4750.

Land Fitness
Abs Class, Aerobic Fitness, Body Blast, Evening Pilates, Pilates, Tai Chi-Advanced, Tai Chi-Moving Meditation, and seven different types of Yoga classes - everything from beginning to intermediate to strength training.

Aquatic Fitness
Deep Water Cardio Pump, Deep Water Lunch Express, Deep Water Mix, Deep Water Workout, Good Morning Allen, Liquid Total Fitness, Morning Mixup, River Robics, River Robics/Shallow Water, Senior Splash, and Water Works/Shallow Water.

We offer two facilities and a variety of services and fitness classes to assist you with your health and fitness goals.

The Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, 110 E. Rivercrest, offers a membership-based fitness center featuring the Fitlinxx computer network system, cardio theater, Precore and Nautilus equipment, and a free weight room. Member only services offered for an additional fee include fitness assessments, personal training, and special weight loss/maintenance programs. Fitness classes are available to non-members and members. Members receive service and class discounts. See Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium for more information.

The Joe Farmer Recreation Center, 1201 E. Bethany, offers a fitness room, indoor track, racquetball courts and gymnasium. Recreation center membership is open to Allen residents and individuals working in Allen. The center also offers adult fitness/sports classes along with a variety of other recreational classes for all ages. See Joe Farmer Recreation Center for more information.

Punch Cards are available to purchase for most land and water classes offered at the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium. The punch card gives you 12 opportunities to get in shape and gives you the flexibility to mix up your class schedule and vary your workout class times to fit your busy schedule. This is a great option for individuals that can't always stick to a specific class schedule/time. For more information, ask the front desk staff at the natatorium.
