A variety of youth activities are offered throughout the year.
Upcoming activities include:
Saturday Night Rec N Roll is hosted for 3rd through 6th graders on most Saturday nights during the summer and school year (except holidays) from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Joe Farmer Recreation Center. Advance (prior to Saturday night drop-off time) $5 registration for one-time ID card is required and must be shown for activity admission. An $8 admission fee is charged for each event night if you pre-register. No refunds will be issued for withdrawal. If participation is not possible, you must cancel before 8:30PM the Friday prior to the Saturday scheduled to attend. You may transfer into a future SNRNR that falls within the current school year. If you do not pre-register the admission fee is $10 at the door, but you are not guaranteed to enter the event. Activities include live DJ, dancing, games, contests, gym activities, prizes and more. Call 214-509-4750 for more information. Attention: For the upcoming fall/winter, all participants must fill out a registration form and purchase an ID card. There is a fee of $5 and the card must be purchased during business hours at Joe Farmer Recreation Center. On Saturdays, the card must be purchased before 5 p.m. For the safety and security of all participants, an ID card is required to participate - no exceptions made.
Tiny Tots
Gym offers free gym play for facility member parents and
children from 9:30 to 11 a.m. every Tuesday at the Joe Farmer
Recreation Center. For more information, call 214-509-4750.

programs including a full line-up of parent and me and child
drop off classes for infants through kindergarten. A complete

at the natatorium
Most aquatic and land fitness courses are open to youth 14
years old and up. The Don Rodenbaugh
Natatorium offers year-round swimming lessons for all
ages with a low student/teacher ratio. Other programs include
synchronized swimming, diving, and lifeguard certification
classes.
