Elected as Councilmember, Place No. 1 in 2001. Mayor Pro Tem Stout was reelected in 2003 and 2006. She was elected as Mayor Pro Term in 2007.
Councilmember Stout and her husband, Mark, have been residents of Allen since 1980. They have one daughter. They are owners of Professional Office Services.
Serves as Council Representative to the following:
- Mayor’s Committee
- Council Liaison to the Allen Community Development Corporation (2001-Present)
- Council Liaison to the Public Art Committee (2005-Present)
- Arts of Collin County (2005-2008)
- Nominating Committee (2002-04; 2006)
- Allen Community Development Corporation (1996-2000)
