Community Services is responsible for streets, drainage systems, water and sewer operations, City utility billing, municipal building maintenance, and solid waste and recycling services provided by Community Waste Disposal, Inc., (CWD). The Utility Billing Division is responsible for collecting water, sewer, trash, recycling, and drainage service and penalty fees.

Find out about proposed changes to the Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plans. Changes to the plans represent recommendations made by the 13 member cities of the North Texas Municipal Water District.

Public information meetings were conducted in March and April. Customers unable to attend a meeting, can view the presentation via video on demand.
