	Hillside Water Storage Tank The City will replace the 500,000 gallon elevated steel storage tank at Hillside Park with a 2 million composite (concrete stem with a steel tank) in 2008. This will be of a similar design as the recently completed tank on Prestige Circle. The tank will be the same height as the existing 500,000 gallon tank at Hillside Park. Design is complete. Construction has begun and is anticipated to be completed March 2011.
	North Texas Municipal Water District 54-inch Waterline Project by NTMWD Construction of a parallel water line from Exchange to Commerce. Anticipated completion December 2010.
	North Texas Municipal Water District 60-inch Sanitary Sewer Rehab Project by NTMWD Re-lining of the existing 60-inch sanitary sewer line from FM 2551 to Summerfield pond. Anticipated completion Fall 2010.
	Timbercreek Sanitary Sewer Rehab Substantially Complete
	US 75 Waterline Currently in design. Construction anticipated to begin Fall 2010.
	Walden Park Water & Sanitary Sewer Replacement Construction anticipated to begin Winter 2010.
