The Right-of-Way & Utility Group is responsible for the review, inspection and permitting for work to be performed by the Franchise Utility Companies within the City of Allen Right-of-Way.

The City of Allen’s Right-of-Way Utility Coordinator and Line Locator are responsible for ensuring the utilities within the ROW are protected.  The following provides additional information related to the City of Allen’s Right-of-Way Management:
