Through the use of current technology, ongoing training and participation in the latest emergency medical protocol, we deliver both emergency and non-emergency services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We also work proactively to provide public education, enforcement of the fire codes, and emergency management services.

Join us for our annual Preparedness Event on Saturday, September 6th from 10am-2pm at the Central Fire Station located at 310 Century Parkway. Learn how to make an emergency kit for your family, your pets, and the elderly. The City’s outdoor warning system is state-of-the-art; however, it is designed as an outdoor warning system. The sirens may not be heard by those inside a residence depending on various sound factors and proximity to a siren. We are looking for career-minded individuals with paramedic and fire fighter certifications to join our Allen Fire Department team. We offer ongoing training opportunities along with the ability to gain experience in both emergency and non-emergency services.
