Permit and Plan Review Process

Print Submittals shall be submitted as follows:

Three (3) sets of plans and one (1) submittal / specification book and fire alarm or sprinkler hydraulic calculations will be required.
Permit fees shall be paid in full at time of submittal.
Contact person will be notified upon completion of plan review.
Work on any job, requiring a permit, prior to the issuance of a permit will result in a stop-work order and fine that must be paid prior to the releasing of a permit, or prior to any inspections being performed.
A COPY OF THE PERMIT SHALL BE KEPT ON SITE AND PRESENTED TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT UPON REQUEST. FAILURE TO HAVE THIS PERMIT, APPROVED PLANS AND THE PLAN REVIEW SUMMARY FROM THE FIRE MARSHAL'S OFFICE WILL CONSTITUTE WORKING WITHOUT A PERMIT.
