Computer Classes

The Allen Public Library offers courses on computer applications and information literacy in our second floor computer lab. Course lengths vary from short one-time mini course sessions to more in-depth multi-session courses. The difficulty levels also vary. We have courses for beginning, intermediate, and more advanced users.

Advance registration is required

Register in person at the 2nd floor Reference Desk, online, or by calling 214-509-4905.

Learn to Type Online	Good for beginners and also includes 10 key practice
Power Typing	Good for beginners (select “qwerty” keyboard option).
