Adult Athletics Leagues

The Allen Parks and Recreation Department offers sports leagues in softball, volleyball, basketball, flag football, kickball and ultimate frisbee. Minimum age required to participate in the league is 15. Current information about league registrations and seasons is available by calling the Adult Athletics Hotline at 214.509.4810 or online at www.sportsstandings.com/allen

Registration

Registration for adult leagues is available at the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium, 110 E. Rivercrest, or Joe Farmer Recreation Center, 1201 E. Bethany.

Co-Rec Kickball

Early registration runs from July 22 through August 19 and requires a $305 entree fee per team. Late registration takes place August 20-25 and costs $320. Slow-Pitch Softball

Slow-pitch softball leagues are offered three seasons per year: fall/winter, spring and summer. Early fall league registration runs July 22 through August 19 with a team entry fee of $305. Late registion takes place August 20-25 and the entry is $320. Season play begins September 8. All adult softball leagues are sanctioned by TAAF and the Amateur Softball Association. Co-Rec Indoor Vollyball

Three regular seasons of indoor volleyball leagues are offered. All leagues are co-recreational. Early registration for fall runs August 19 - September 16 with a team entry fee $215. Late registration takes place from September 17-22 and the team entry fee is $230. Season play begins October 6. Leagues are played at various AISD elementary schools. Men's/Women's Basketball

Full court, 5-on-5, adult basketball leagues are played three times per year: fall/winter, spring and summer. Men and women will play in seperate leagues. Early fall registration runs August 19 - September 16 with an entry fee of $425. Late registration takes place from September 17-22 and costs $440. Season play begins October 7. Flag Football

The flag football league is open to individuals 15 years of age and older. League play consists of seven games and playoffs. Early fall registration runs July 15-August 12 with an entry of $350. Ultimate Frisbee - New!

New to this season's lineup, the adult co-recreational frisbee league promises to be loads of fun! League includes 7 games plus playoffs. Early registration runsJuly 15-August 12 with an entry fee of $175. Late registration takes place August 13-18. Season play begins September 2.
