Allen USA Community Zone

Each year we strive to enhance Allen USA and this year one of our new offerings is the addition of a Community Zone. The zone will consist of booth sponsors who will have the opportunity to pass out promotional information or materials to Allen USA attendees. We encourage all booth sponsors to be creative as possible and really make their booths interactive and exciting!

Amenities

Booth space includes a 10X10 space for the day and one vendor parking pass to load/unload items. *Tables, chairs, tents, electricity and other accessories will be the responsibility of the booth sponsor.

Fee

$100 per booth

All booths must be set up in their entirety by 11 a.m. on the day of the event and all trash should be removed from your area in conclusion of the event. Any vendor that leaves early or litters will not be allowed back to next year’s AUSA.

The distribution of any food or drink items is prohibited, however, individually wrapped store bought candy is acceptable. Also, booth sponsors are prohibited from selling any items, all give-a-ways must take place on site and within their assigned booth space, and distribution of any promotional information or materials is limited to your assigned booth space.

All materials must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, June 1, 2009. Incomplete paperwork will not be accepted after the deadline. After all the spaces have been filled, all other applications will be wait listed in the order in which they were received.
