About Chase Oaks

On October 15, 2004 the City of Allen assumed ownership of the Chase Oaks Golf Club, a 260-acre course located west of Highway 75 Central Expressway and just north of Chase Oaks Boulevard and Legacy Drive. The property was purchased for $5 million dollars from Bank of America with funding generated through the sale of Certificates of Obligation.

New Pavilion

Chase Oaks Golf Club now features a newly-renovated pavilion on the west side of the clubhouse. The space provides roughly 3,500 of additional square feet and was modified from an original existing open-air pavilion. Construction was completed in June of 2007 and it’s the perfect place to host birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, business meetings or holiday events.

The pavilion includes a great view of the golf course, audio/video capabilities and seats up to 150 guests. The course also provides an excellent food and beverage staff complete with catering and bar options designed to help you plan the perfect event.
