Home Repair Program

The Home Repair Program is intended to help homeowners in Allen's Target Neighborhoods (Windridge and Hillside Additions) make necessary repairs and ensure compliance with health and safety codes. Eligible families can receive up to $15,000 for minor repairs and weatherization improvements to their home. Assistance is provided as a five-year forgivable loan.
