City Completes Chronology Report
for Connemara Crossing Zoning Case
Due to resident's questions regarding the Connemara Crossing zoning case,
the City Council requested that a chronology be prepared of all zoning related action since the property was annexed in 1996.
The chronology was reviewed during an Executive Session at the December 11 meeting and is now available for review by the public. See Connemara Crossing Zoning Chronology.
Council will review this zoning case further at the meeting scheduled for January 22.
Water Conservation in Allen
Allen residents should follow the ordinances outlined in the Water Conservation Plan. There are no specific days for landscape watering under the Water Conservation Plan; however, the City Council strongly encourages all water customers to practice twice weekly landscape irrigation and a watering map is provided for your convenience in setting a schedule.
The City will still actively enforce water use violations for excessive water runoff, watering during any form of precipitation, and watering when the temperatures are freezing.
