Allen Heritage Guild

The Allen Heritage Guild actively works to preserve Allen's historic roots and hosts a variety of activities throughout the year to give the residents and visitors today a taste of the past.

 Events sponsored by the guild include Railroad Days featuring the reenactment of the Sam Bass train robbery, antique appraisal fairs, photo and treasure displays, and more. In addition to community events, the guild hosts a variety of fundraising activities to support ongoing restoration of the Allen Heritage Village on St. Mary's Drive, across from the Allen Senior Recreation Center.

If you are seeking a unique wedding venue, contact the guild about rental of historic and fully restored Allen Christian Church and the St. Mary Church, both located at the Allen Heritage Village. The Allen Christian church features large stained glass windows and seats about 250 guests. St. Mary Church offers a quaint setting for weddings up to 75 guests.
