Online Help Desk

We are currently experiencing an issue with our online help desk portal. Please email coa@cityofallen.org for non-emergency questions or support requests. The mobile application is working and requests and questions can still be submitted by using the MyAllen app.

 



Our Online Help Desk gives you a quick way to report issues or find answers about city services. You can enter a service request or report an issue online 24/7 or search our KnowledgeBase for answers to our most frequently-asked questions.
