The fitness center at the Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium has an excellent array of classes and equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. Membership to the natatorium includes access to the fitness center as well as discounts on classes. Find out more about programs and events by checking out the recreation guide!

Monday - Thursday, 5 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday, 5 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday, 1 - 6 p.m.

Membership Admission Fees

The Aerobic Punch Card allows you to participate in any 12 water or land aerobics classes of your choice at whatever times you chose and they never expire! Membership is not required.

Group fitness classes are designed for those who wish to exercise in a group setting. A variety of classes are offered to benefit the beginning participant as well as athletes looking for a group training option. Check out the group exercise schedule to see what's happening this month.

FitLinxx is Free with Your Membership

FitLinxx is a computerized exercise tracking system that is attached to each weight and cardio machine on the fitness floor. Each time you log onto the system, it will display your programmed weight settings, count your repetitions and guide you through the correct motion. It then records and stores each exercise and will convert this information into creative formats that easily show your fitness progress. Personal Training

The Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium offers personal trainers that can help you achieve your fitness goals. There are many training options available from personally designed workouts to one-on-one sessions with you and our trainer. 

Partner Workouts

You and a friend split the costs of each session. Great for couples or friends.

Small Group Workouts

You exercise with in a small-group setting. Keeping the groups small means lots of attention, feedback, and exercises that are adjusted to your ability level.

The Silver Sneakers Fitness® program is a fun, energizing program that helps older adults take greater control of their health by encouraging physical activity. The SilverSneakers Fitness program is the nation’s leading fitness program designed exclusively for older adults. Healthways has been providing innovative health benefits for older adults for more than two decades. Today more than 65 Medicare health plans offer the program as a benefit to members across the nation. Regular participation in the program has been proven to help older adults manage their health and increase strength, balance and endurance. Silver Sneakers classes are free to Silver Sneakers members.  Non-Silver Sneakers members can attend with an aerobic punch card.

Water fitness classes are designed for those who wish to engage in an effective low-impact physical exercise program. Flexibility, endurance, strength, and coordination are emphasized while eliminating stress on the joints and back. A variety of classes are offered to benefit the beginning participant as well as athletes looking for a low to no-impact cross training option.
