Urgent Repair/Accessibility Program

The Urgent Repair Program provides up to $5,000 to qualifying Allen homeowners with an urgent or accessibility related repair. Funds must be used on repairs that pose an immediate risk to homeowner's health and safety or provide accessibility improvements to elderly or disabled homeowners.

To qualify for funding, you must:

  • Have an urgent situation impacting your immediate health or safety OR require accessibility improvements; and,
  • Meet program requirements (PDF) set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including income limits provided in chart below:
