- Single Audit Report - City of Allen receives funding from Federal and State sources and is therefore is subject to a Single Audit in accordance with Government Auditing Standards that consider the City's internal control and compliance with certain provisions of laws, regulations, contracts and grant agreements.
Tax Increment Refinancing (TIF) Reports
Section 311.016 of the Texas Tax Code requires the City to provide an annual report to the State Comptroller, the Public Finance Division in the Office of the Attorney General, and to the CEO of each taxing entity that levies taxes on property within a Tax Increment Refinancing Zone.
