A new office park built along Bethany Drive will feature two restaurants, a four-story parking garage and 115,000 square feet of office space.
Allen City Council members approved the development plans for Millennium Office Park (Lot 2) on Sept. 13. The complex will be built on the northwest corner of Bethany Drive and Watters Creek Boulevard, just west of US-75.
The five-story building features a modern exterior of glass, steel and concrete. One restaurant, located inside the building, will offer an open-air patio with valet parking.
A freestanding restaurant with patio dining is also included in the site plan. The parking garage will provide 570 spaces for employees and visitors to the surrounding complex, including the Convention Center at Watters Creek.
Millennium Office Park follows the vision for a walkable office complex. A network of sidewalks and plazas will offer safe and easy access to nearby shopping and dining options, including those at Watters Creek at Montgomery Farm.
Kaizen Development Partners is managing the project. The company plans to break ground by the end of 2016.
