Rooftop pools and patios will be a prime gathering spot for future residents of the newly-approved Davis at Montgomery Ridge.
The upscale, urban residential development will be built just west of US 75 and north of Montgomery Boulevard. The complex includes two buildings, four and five stories in height, featuring 615 high-end rental units and structured parking garages. Most units offer one-bedroom floor plans, though two- and three-bedroom options are also included.
The amenity-rich complex boasts numerous spots for outdoor gatherings. In addition to two rooftop pools and patios, future residents can access four enclosed courtyards equipped with fire pits and outdoor dining spaces.
The buildings are a centerpiece of the new Montgomery Ridge Phase II. The development plan, approved by Allen City Council in 2015, calls for a diverse mix of single-family homes, urban residential units and office/retail space—all connected by ample sidewalks, open space and trail connections.
Allen City Council approved the concept plan for Davis at Montgomery Ridge at the July 11 meeting. Watch the presentation.
