Final phase at the Village at Twin Creeks to offer 242 lots with a variety of home choices.
Allen City Council approved development plans for the Village at Twin Creeks during its regular meeting on July 25. This final phase of development for this residential community will cover approximately 33 acres and offer 242 homes at the southwest corner of Exchange Parkway and Watters Road.
The concept plan offers a choice between townhomes with a minimum home size of 1,400 square feet and single-family homes with a minimum home size of 1,800 square feet with either a front or rear entry. The homes will be designed with stone, brick and stucco and include carriage-hardware designed garage doors.
The plan also shows almost five acres of open space distributed around the neighborhood including benches and playground equipment. A proposed hike and bike trail that will run along Exchange Parkway will connect to existing trails on both the east and west sides of the property.
