Open positions are currently available for Water Safety Instructors and Swim Teaching Assistants at Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium!
In order to teach as a Water Safety Instructor (starting pay: $10.71 per hour), you must first attend all classes within the Water Safety Instructor (WSI) course:

Once the WSI course is completed, you can apply for the WSI position at CityofAllen.org/Careers. (Becoming a Water Safety Instructor allows you the ability to teach private swim lessons as well.)
For the Swim Teaching Assistant positions (starting pay: $8.81 per hour), no prior experience is necessary in order to apply. Applications can also be submitted through CityofAllen.org/Careers.
