Two new medical offices are coming to the northeast corner of Exchange Parkway and Twin Creeks Drive.
Vitals Family Medicine and Allen Smile Design will move into two existing office suites following approval from Allen City Council during the Nov. 14 meeting. The property’s zoning requires medical facilities to receive a specific use permit (SUP) to operate in the space.
Vitals Family Medicine will be open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. until noon. Allen Smile Design will operate Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Opening dates have not yet been set.
