[ARCHIVED] Earthfest Exhibitors Wanted

Earthfest is a great place for non-profits, community groups and businesses to connect with local residents in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Keep Allen Beautiful is looking for scouts, families, educators, nonprofits and/or businesses to host an educational booth on Saturday, April 7. Held at the beautiful Dayspring Nature Preserve, Earthfest celebrates the great outdoors and a healthy community. The event typically draws 1,500 to 2,000 attendees.

Booths must offer fun, educational games or activities. Paper handouts and sales of any kind are prohibited. Exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, tent and transportation of items. No electricity is available on site.

Booths are free for non-profits, school groups, scout groups, civic clubs and similar organizations. For-profit businesses pay a small fee of $50. If you are interested in participating, contact Josue Diaz, City of Allen Education Specialist, at 214.509.4555 or
