[ARCHIVED] Mail Issues Delay Some City Utility Bills

A chemical spill at a North Texas USPS processing facility has delayed the mailing of some City of Allen utility bills. All mail will be directed to other facilities in Dallas and Fort Worth as cleanup is completed.

Utility bills that would typically be received by customers on Saturday, Aug. 11 are expected to arrive 2-3 days later. Customers may still view or pay their bills online during this period.
