The planned transition to a new utility billing payment system is now complete! Here’s how to update your account.
City of Allen utility customers who want to view or pay bills online, pay automatically with a credit card or enroll in paperless billing can now create a username and password in the new system.
Customers who pay bills in person, send payments via mail or have payments automatically withdrawn from a bank account will not be required to create an new account unless they want to view bills online or make an online service request.

The new system provides real-time payment updates, printable bills and options for paperless enrollment. These changes mark the end of a five-year project to replace disparate and decades-old systems with a single, streamlined product.
