Text - Important Notice: Operational Changes

The City of Allen is dedicated to providing essential services while keeping your safety in mind. Effective Monday, March 23, most facilities will be closed in order to limit unnecessary physical contact as we work to prevent the spread of COVID-19. For this reason, all City services will be handled by phone, email, online and in-person by appointment only.

You will find detailed service information at CityofAllen.org/Operations and a list of digital services can be found at CityofAllen.org/OnlineServices.

Please give us a call if you have questions or inquiries. A main list of central numbers is provided below. Facilities and most departments have service information posted on the website as well.
