City of Allen utility customers may continue using walk-in, curbside or online payment options to pay monthly bills.

A phone payment option was temporarily offered beginning in March to serve customers unable to visit City Hall due to COVID-19 precautions. Additional safety measures have since been implemented, including social distancing markers and hand sanitizer stations. By state mandate, all visitors to Allen City Hall must wear a face covering.

Customers who prefer a contact-free payment option may continue paying bills online or using the curbside drop box located in front of Allen City Hall (305 Century Parkway) near the flagpoles.
