Candidate packets are now available for the May 1, 2021, General Election. Packets may be picked up in the City Secretary's Office located on the third floor of Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway.
Terms for Council Place Nos. 1, 3 and 5 expire in May 2021. Councilmember Kurt Kizer (Place No. 1) and Councilmember Gary Caplinger (Place No. 5) are ineligible to run for reelection due to term limits.
Filing for a place on the ballot begins on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, and ends at 5 p.m. on Friday, February 12, 2021. View candidacy requirements.
