City offices and facilities are closed for the Christmas holiday Friday, Dec. 24 and Monday, Dec. 27. Trash and recycling collection will slide one day—Friday collection moves to Saturday, and Monday collection moves to Tuesday. Find your collection day
Allen Public Library will close at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 23, and remain closed through Monday, Dec. 27. The facility reopens at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28.
Allen Parks and Recreation facilities are closed Dec. 24-25, with exception to The Edge Skate Park. The skate park is open on Dec. 24 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and closed Dec. 25.
