Allen Police Department is closing the year by adding a new officer to the ranks. Officer Keng Singleton was sworn in Dec. 30, 2021.
Officer Singleton was born in Thailand and moved to Muai, Hawaii with his adoptive family at age 6. In February 2011, Officer Singleton was hired by the Hawaii County Police Department on the Big Island of Hawaii. He served 10 years in the Patrol Division before being hired by Allen Police Department in May 2021. Officer Singleton looks forward to serving the residents of Allen.
