City of Allen offices and facilities are closed for Memorial Day on Monday, May 30. Beginning Monday, trash collection will slide to the next day, ending with all routes completed by Saturday, June 4. Normal business hours resume Tuesday, May 31.
Allen Public Library is closed Sunday, May 29 and Monday, May 30.
Allen Parks and Recreation facilities will adjust hours as follows
- Allen Senior Recreation Center – Closed
- Joe Farmer Recreation Center – Closed
- Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium – Open 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Ford Pool – Open 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- The Edge Skate Park – Open 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- The Edge Visitor Center – Closed
