Members of Allen City Council, Allen CDC, Allen Parks and Recreation Board and the City Manager’s Office toured the site of Stephen G. Terrell Recreation Center on June 13. The 149,000-square-foot facility now boasts concrete walls, steel beams and the beginning of an internal structure.
Exciting new amenities will include an indoor playground, indoor walk/jog track, catering kitchen and an outdoor fitness deck. Stephen G. Terrell Recreation Center is planned to open late summer 2023.
