Join us for Live Fit Allen, Mayor Ken Fulk’s citywide fitness challenge! Held Jan. 28-Feb. 28, Live Fit Allen is a fun, FREE challenge for everyone, no matter where you are in your health and fitness journey.
Guided by a free mobile app, participants will receive weekly missions to complete for points. From serving up nutritious meals to walking on a trail, complete any (or all) activities to improve your overall fitness and health.
Registration is open now through Jan. 30. You can choose to sign up and earn points individually or as a family, with winners awarded for each category.
This event will launch with our kick-off party on Saturday morning, Jan. 28 at Joe Farmer Recreation Center. Beginning Jan. 30, new missions will be revealed weekly. All missions can be completed at your own pace and modified to fit different ages and abilities.
Prizes will be awarded throughout the challenge, beginning at the kick-off party.
