Library Celebration Week continues with a day of activities for everyone in the family on Thursday, March 15. Families can enjoy a special movie matinee of Kung Fu Panda 2 at 2 p.m. while teens take on the challenge of a scavenger hunt as part of a St. Patrick’s Day Party. Children will be treated to a puppet show in the Children’s Program Room starting at 4 p.m.
Festivities wrap up with and evening of toe-tapping Scottish, Irish and Welsh tunes performed by Celtic music phenomenon Seamus Stout. Celebrated Irish dancer Jason Hickman, harmonica player Shaun Young and guitarist Kevin Vaught join Stout for Celtic Night at the library.
