Hours of operation
Main administrative offices for the City of Allen are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The main entry, Council Conference Room and Council Chambers are open after 5 p.m. for scheduled meetings.

Navigating City Hall

• The information desk is located in the lobby area or rotunda.
• Utility billing and permitting services are located at the service windows on first floor adjacent to the main entry doors.
• The Council Chambers and Council Conference Room and restroom facilities are located off the hallway next to the information desk. 
• Community Services and Engineering Departments are located in the secured area of the first floor behind the service windows. 
• Human Resources, Community Development, Purchasing, Finance and Information Technology is located on the second floor of City Hall.
• The City Manager's Office, which includes the City Secretary and Public & Media Relations Offices, are located on the third floor of City Hall.
