About the Plaza
Allen Civic Plaza is an outdoor public area featuring native landscaping, a fountain and stream-like feature. It serves as the common area for Allen City Hall, Police Headquarters and the Municipal Court/Parks and Recreation Administration Building. The fountain is one of the City's commissioned works of public art: Stratum by artist Brad Goldberg.
