  3. Allen Police Department 50th Anniversary Celebration

    Join Allen Police to celebrate the department's fiftieth anniversary! Learn about the department's history, take a tour of Allen Police Headquarters, climb inside police vehicles and enjoy light refreshments during this come-and-go event. Allen Animal Shelter and 9-1-1 dispatchers will also have an information table set up. Allen Police Chief Brian Harvey and other dignitaries will speak during a 1:30 p.m. presentation to mark this special milestone and honor those who have served Allen throughout the years.

  4. Allen Parks Foundation "Party on the Path"

    September 22, 2018, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Behind Yeager Office Suites

    The Allen Parks Foundation's "Party on the Path" lets guests explore Allen’s awesome trails and try craft brews from local breweries including Franconia and Tupp’s. Visit sampling stations on the trail along with light appetizers, including entertainment at the newly installed pedestrian bridge. The event will then proceed inside the new Yeager Office Suites for more brew sampling, food stations, entertainment, auctions and games so that everyone will have a great time supporting the Allen Parks Foundation. Wine and other non-alcoholic beverages will be available inside as well. Casual dress recommended. Parking available at Yeager Office Suites.
